Office Hours
January is when funding strategy quietly breaks… or gets built.
By the time spring deadlines arrive, the organizations that are scrambling usually made the same mistake in January: they didn’t stop to pressure-test their plan.
RIC’s January Office Hours are a space to slow down before the chaos starts.
This is where we:
• Talk through real grant strategy questions
• Sense-check funding timelines and capacity
• Identify risks early, not days before submission
• Help leaders decide what to pursue and what to let go
Experienced grant consultants helping you think clearly about what 2026 actually requires.
📅 January Office Hours Wednesday, January 21, 2026 1:00-2:00 ET
🖥 Virtual
🎟 Open to nonprofit leaders, development staff, and program teams
If you’re feeling the low-level pressure of “we should probably have a plan,” this space is for you.
