Our Pricing
Per the 2023 Grant Professionals Association’s salary survey, the average Grant Writer’s salary costs $78,363, and benefits cost even more. We are able to support your grant services needs for less time and money because we are experts who work efficiently. We have the knowledge, tools, and experience to support your needs for grant research, writing, and strategy for an affordable price.
Grant Packages
Our most popular service for full support of your grant writing, research, and strategy needs. Includes grant research, an option for concept papers for your top 3 priorities, grants calendar development and management, regular consultation calls, and grant writing. Custom packages are available.
We require a minimum investment of $27,600 for 1 year ($2,300/month for 20 hours of support per month on average). This package is best suited for organizations with budgets under $2M and is not suitable for writing federal grants (see service below).
All new clients will receive a grant readiness assessment and set-up support for a separate fee. This phase sets the tone for the relationship and guides the grant strategy. Your assigned consultant will assess your organization’s grant eligibility and readiness and produce a summary report of recommendations for grant strategy and capacity building.

Grant Readiness Assessment

We conduct a thorough assessment of your organization’s infrastructure to identify areas of strength and opportunities for improvement. You’ll receive a comprehensive report for your leadership and board of directors, identifying clear pathways to grant funding success.

Grant Support Packages
Get expert support in identifying the best grant opportunities for your organization and developing and submitting applications that give you the best chance of winning grants. We collaborate with your staff to research grant funders that align with your nonprofit’s goals, provide coaching on funder relationships and guidance on grant strategy, and write compelling proposals that put your organization in the best light. This service includes regular meetings, grant funder research, grant writing and editing, and grant calendar management.
We offer four levels of grant support, tailored to your budget and goals. This does not include government grants, which we handle separately due to their unique nature. Not sure which level is right for you? We’ll be happy to help you find the right fit.
